[mythtv] Transcode interlace/frame issues

Hi,
I seem to be having trouble with transcoding from mpeg-2 DVB-T
streams to mpeg-4 - the resulting file appears to be interlaced. This
effect is only when watching the transcoded files - the mpeg2 files are
fine, any mpeg4 files I record with my analog capture card are fine,
just the transcoded ones. They also have the same effect when watching
on my windows computer. Upon closer inspection last night, it might not
be interlacing but rather a frame order issue - rapid panning movements
give a rather chunky comb effect - not the normal single-line interlace
effect, they look to be at least three or four scanlines high depending
on the amount of movement.

This is with one of the recent builds as I'm also tracking the DVB
issues as they progress.
Has anyone else seen this, or am I just lucky?

Dave
