[mythtv] Overscan doing weird things (wrapping) with bob deinterlace

There is a "horzontal overscan" issue with the current nVidia driver,
whether using XvMC or not.  It only occurs with 1080i output, and
appears as an image split left to right.  I have a picture linked
below.  I posted a message on the nVidia forum but received no
responses.  I have reverted to 6629 for my box.  I'm using 0.18 on
KnoppMyth R5A15.

I believe this to be purely an nVidia driver issue.  There have been
one or two posts on mythtv-user about this problem since the latest
nVidia driver came out.
