I have exactly the same problem with Firefox 1.0-2.fc3. Could be the 
version that came with FC3, don't know exactly. Anyway I have noticed 
the same thing starting at least from myth version 0.15. Now that I 
check this again from work with Firefox 1.0.3 running on a Windows 
machine all the lines are aligned just fine.
