This was actually just a case of the XV colorkey set not taking effect until
the second open of XV (second attempt to play).  The set takes place _after_
the current xv surface has already been assigned the previous colorkey.  I
also saw this same behavior with the chromakey osd.  After the first play, the
colorkey was set properly.

I was setting my colorkey to 0 before starting mythfrontend due to the fact I
usually use the chromakey osd, and your patch tries to set it to 1 in that
case.
