[mythtv] MacOS X partial backend implementation

I believe a functional subset of the backend can be made for use on Mac 
OS X.

I have a Formac Studio TVR -- it is an analog to digital video 
converter with a built in TV tuner

For scheduled recording, they have a "deal" with Titan TV  
(http://www.titantv.com) but their schedules have been very inaccurate 
and getting worse.

I started looking for an alternative source of TV listings, found the 
Zap2It feed and then stumbled into MythTV.

I think it can be done.

I would like to try.  I have some ideas.

Any discussion ?
