[mythtv] Timezone handling bug

Great, thanks for that.

As far as UTC goes, I kinda like to have localtime shown where
possible, and that includes being able to read the data correctly in
MySQL... so I think that's a feature, just a slight pain when mythfill
doesn't do it's stuff.

I'll 'check out'  ;-) the changes to mythfilldatabase.
