[mythtv] corrupted recordedmarkup table...

After struggling with preview images not being generated, it was finally 
pointed out that I probably had a corrupt recordedmarkup table, which 
was the case.  Since it's VERY easy to simply call "repair table..." 
would it not be a good idea to do this on each table every time the 
backend starts up?  And/or also do this on a daily schedule?  It would 
prevent a number of problems, and wouldn't hurt anything.
