It seems like the OSS define patch was already included in your 
audio.patch? Anyway, it doesn't compile here:
make[3]: *** No rule to make target 
`/usr/lib/qt-3.3/mkspecs/default/qmake.conf', needed by `Makefile'.  Stop.

Any ideas? Did you make any changes to the QT stuff?
