[mythtv] Closed Captions + OSD

I've documented much of the EIA-708 closed captions standard on the 
Wikipedia:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EIA-708

Is anyone interested in implementing the CC commands as methods in an 
OSD class? (There would also need to be an "AppendText(QString) method)
I can provide any additional information on EIA-708 captions you might 
need.

This would lead to captions much more quickly in MythTV.
