Looks good to me.  Since I didn't think of the root menu item as 
activating anything, other people may not realize it too -- they will 
have the submenu item as a more obvious choice.

Aside from the limits and 1x, I don't know.  We'll probably have to 
wait and see how most people use it.  Maybe nobody besides me will use 
the menu and it'll get dropped as clutter; if they do use it and we 
don't have good values there, I'm sure we'll hear about it.
