[mythtv] [PATCH] time stretch update

seems to work!
I have added 1 sub item for those that got to that menu and still want to go
to the adjust slider.
should be good.
I dont know what good values are though.That is up for debate.
attached is your patch with 1 more line in it.

Note that I noticed if a slider is up and menu is requested, then the slider
stays up until timeout.
probably shouldnt happen.
