[mythtv] Mac OSX Salling Clicker Action for Mythfrontend

I'm loving the mac client so much, I wrote a basic Clicker action so 
I can control it remotely from my phone (via bluetooth). My Mac is an 
aluminum powerbook and my phone is a Sony T616 - I make no guarantees 
of the functionality for your setup. Anyone wanting to check it out,

Its very basic, but it gets the job done.
