[mythtv] A/V sync problem since 0.16

Well, i've found my own problem.
I upgraded the machine over the weekend to something faster, so I don't
need the XvMC acceleration anymore, and voila, the A/V-sync problem has
gone away when i turned it off.

I built 0.16 with USING_XVMC but not USING_OPENGL_VSYNC.
Do I need them both on to have stable XvMC A/V sync ?
or is something else awry here ?
