Hmm, I disabled the shader, and what I see is roughly a 4/3 square blanked in 
my 16/9 display for a lilttle while, then it redraws and it's a ok.

Care to make a patch checking whether the program guide is the child window 
(or something) and if not create a program guide before the hide() call?
