Hello,

To deal with a QMYSQL3 driver not loaded error, I did a strace and found
...
open("/lib/tls/libmysqlclient.so.10", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such file
or directory)
open("/lib/i686/libmysqlclient.so.10", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such file
or directory)
open("/lib/libmysqlclient.so.10", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or
directory)
open("/usr/lib/tls/libmysqlclient.so.10", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such
file or directory)
open("/usr/lib/libmysqlclient.so.10", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such file
or directory)
...

libmysqlclient.so.10 seems to be from mysql-3.x AFAICT

So, it seems that MySQL-shared-compat-4.x.. is required for us mysql-4.x
users since it includes 3.23.x
libraries.

Is this really true? If so, I would think it should be documented and
will encourage people to do so if someone can confirm it for me. Using
that package solved my error at least.
