[mythtv] scheduler -- cancelled recording

        Here's a case where a recording was cancelled even though no
conflicts were reported.  This is with CVS as of last night.  The
message from mythbackend was:

Wed Mar 10 02:05:02 2004:  wanted to record: 
The Tonight Show With Jay Leno 1003 Wed Mar 10 02:05:00 2004
But current state is: 4
currently: The X-Files 1044 Wed Mar 10 02:00:00 2004 Wed Mar 10 03:00:00 2004

There are two tuner cards and it was supposed to record on card #2.
It failed earlier (Conan at 12:37AM) so this was a dummy schedule I
set up to try and reproduce it:
