[mythtv] [patches] audiodialog/screensaver/dvb eintr+eagain/dvb cam dialog

Hi,

here's some small patches:

- Fix for the audiodialog freezing.
- Fix for the screensaver code blocking change from
	WatchingLiveTV -> WatchingRecording
- handle EINTR & EAGAIN properly in dvb*, so that mythbackend can run under 
	gdb properly.
- read dvb cam dialogs, and automatically accept them; makes the cam fail less
