Wow, well that should cull the herd of DVB based tuners ;) Ok, I stand
corrected, there are streams using PID 1 for content. But it's still
recommended against in the standard and we should probably say so since
it will help people discern the difference between subchannel and PID.

BTW My local CBS station transmits a NIT on PID 1...
