Indeed, although a cursory glance indicates a variable number
of fields, depending on some command-line switches to scan.
Also, it does not include providerid, only provider_name.

Maybe, although I think the right way to do that is to
implement a scanning routine (ideally, an automatic one which
does not need to be bootstrapped with the frequency of your
local transponders).
But it will be a long time before I will be doing that.
I still have to get my Mac OS X frontend patches included :-)
