[mythtv] [PATCH] videodev2_myth.h for those using kraxel patch on 2.6.7

I had a problem compiling myth on kernel 2.6.7 using kraxel v4l2 patch 
for 2.6.7 (http://dl.bytesex.org/patches/2.6.7-1/patch-2.6.7-kraxel.gz) 
and found that the definitions for ATSC have changed.  Here is a patch 
for that.

Do NOT apply this patch unless you are running 2.6.7 with the kraxel patch.

 From the kernel changelog, it looks like this will be necessary from 
2.6.8 forward also.
