[mythtv] cvs-04-07-02

Hi,

I'm getting a compile problem on one of my machine with the latest cvs.  Seems 
like it doesn't like to compile against linux-headers-2.6.7 but does compile 
against 2.4.21.  It is only a recent change I think thats caused the problem.
