The thought crossed my mind too (-vop pp=<options> is libavcodec's
postprocess at least), but I was more concerned with the fact that
it was borken =)

Just looked over that, and I belive the filters needs to be moved
closer to the decoding (ie. right after the frame has been decoded)
to actually make it work properly, anyone: prove me wrong on this :)

And it will (if i'm not mistaken) lighten the load on the filter (?).
Anyways, I'm kinda lost in the avcodec anyways, so..
