[mythtv] DirectFB/QTE on /dev/fb1 with ivtv / PVR-350

I doubt this fixes anything to do with ivtv etc. I haven't had any hangs
with the QT/e frontend on the box my pvr350 is in now but with a different
motherboard I could not get it to do anything reliably so I suspect a lot of
this is just down to whether or not ivtv works well on your hardware rather
than it being a myth/QT/E issue.

... I don't think so. I haven't had any hard hangs lately (finger's
crossed) but I experienced more frontend hangs with QT/E than with QT/X.
I guess I will wait a while until the QT/E port is used more widely.
