[mythtv] DVB code query

Hello,

this sounds like a solution for a different problem i have with my dvb card. 
If mythtv holds the dvb-card open without recording  for a longer time, i 
could not get a signal from it after this until i reboot.
Problably your modification would help me out.
Are you going to make a patch?
