[mythtv] GUI offsets no longer honored

This is likely the fault of a recent Qt or X upgrade in Debian
unstable, but I'm throwing it out here.  

The offset settings for the Myth GUI don't appear to be used anymore.
The GUI can still be scaled with the scale settings, but no matter
what offset settings are used, the GUI is always anchored in the top
left corner of the screen.
