[mythtv] [PATCH] Audio jitter using ALSA and stereo TV audio source

Attached is a patch that solves an issue of terrible audio sync problems
using native ALSA output with a stereo TV audio source. This patch is
essentially the same thing as submitted by Billy on Dec 28 2003, but for
the overloaded AddSamples method that expects an array of audio buffers
(stereo audio).

I've been using it for the last few hours and all appears to be stable,
and the jitter problems certainly seem to have disappeared.
