[mythtv] Use callsign for scheduling

Right, sorry if my explanation was incomplete.  It's just that a "record 
on this channel" type of recording would be able to record on either 
"channel" (i.e. broadcast frequency/source) if they have the same 
callsign.  Did I get that right?
