[mythtv] [PATCH] Per-profile auto-transcoding

This patch finishes off the changes to the transcoder for the profile
groups.  It is now possible to determine whether a program should be
auto-transcoded per profile.  This makes the most sense, since only
certain cards at certain levels may need transcoding (i.e. why waste cPU
time transcoding a low-quality bttv recording, but it may be desirable
for High-Quality).

Since this removes the control from 'setup', you will need to enable the
autotranscoder per-profile before it will take affect (i.e update your

Isaac, I added a change to remove the TranscodeAutoRun' switch from
'settings' (since it is now stored with the profiles), but it is
disabled.  Since it is a low priority change, it should just be appended
to the next necessary db update.
