This would be great, not only for recommendations, but also for just general
recording scheduling. I would love to be able to say 'record anything
starring James Cagney' or 'record all documentaries'. I would have written
such a feature myself a while ago, but the information required to do so
(category/genre and actors/directors) is not consistently present in the
listings feeds used by Myth. tv_grab_na, AFAIK, does not provide this. Any
ideas on where to get this info and how to integrate it into the listings
grabber? There's also the issue of correlating program information. The
same program may be listed under different names by different
providers/sources (i.e., "Star Trek:Deep Space Nine" vs. "Star Trek - Deep
Space Nine" vs just "Deep Space Nine"). Also, given the international
nature of the Myth community, how do you (automatically) correlate ratings
for the same show when the title has been translated into a different
language?

Just a few things to consider; nothing a little ingenuity and compromise
can't solve. Best of luck!
