[mythtv] mythbackend/lame crashing

I have the exact same problem, and posted about it, but I don't think I 
got a response.  It's the mp3 encoding that's breaking and my guess from 
looking at the code (as well as the lame code) is that mythbackend is 
not properly initializing lame.  I turned off mp3 compression, and it 
works fine. 

What version do you have?  If it's from CVS, when did you grab it?
