[mythtv] svcd support in nuvexport?

Actually, svcd is set up so that it auto-disables if it can't find the
necessary programs in your path variable.

I still need to give it a little better error reporting, to tell you
which program you're missing.  Just make sure that you have all of the
requirements (and if you do, then let me know and I'll see why it's not
detecting them).

As for the other exports, they're disabled because they don't work.
