[mythtv] Re:Transcoding pvr-250 files

Changing to mp3 audio made the file transcode to sizes matching my 
expectations.
7.8 GB -> 3.1 GB  (recorded at a higher bitrate)
2.1 GB -> 1.5 GB

I think that's all of the open issues for transcoding pvr-250 files I 
had.  Now I can transcode a lot recordings that I made before 
decreasing my capture bitrate.
