The Leadtek card doesn't have an MPEG-2 encoder on it. Anything you see
on the package indicating MPEG-2 has to do with software encoding, and
you're not going to be able to encode to MPEG-2 with a PIII/500.
Looks like a standard Bt8x8 capture card, so you'll need to use either
RTJPEG or MPEG-4 if you've only got PIII/500.
