[mythtv] ESC while displaying CC

I chose ESC since it was already used similarly for exiting browse
mode, however, I'm open to suggestions.  My only requirement is that
the key be fairly close to where my thumb rests on the remote, which
means probably overloading an existing key since they are all already
being used.  How about SPACE or 'M'?
