[mythtv] Stretching to 16:9 ?

If I understand the mode correctly, this is the ONLY way to fully use a 16:9 
TV given that the decoder only does 4:3...

I expect that when I move to my widescreen TV I will also need it.

When was the patch for this added? It is mentioned in the 0.11 keys.txt, but 
doesn't seem to do anything on my system... Or do I need a custom build to 
enable this?
