[mythtv] New theme "sleek"

I think it would be better to have some other visual cue besides color 
because it's ok when there are several options to choose from, but when 
confronted with a 2-option dialog it's easy to start doubting which item 
is the selected one.

I like the theme a lot but for me it lacks some kind of "framing" around 
the texts below the lists of  the playing/epg/finder sceens.

Glad to see more themes being made all the time! :-)
