[mythtv] New theme "sleek"

Yeah, I knew about the selected text color option, and have used it in 
the latest version. It works quite nicely :) Anyway, what I was talking 
about is a static image that appears when a listarea becomes inactive. 
That way I could darken the whole box, not just the text. I'm actually 
quite happy with it now that I've darkened the inactive text and added a 
light blue color for the selected item's text.
