[mythtv] Updated visor/visorosd theme

I second making visor the default theme with a minor reservation -- the 
default font sizes are way too small on a TV screen.  For example in epg, all 
the fonts are practically unreadable.  Bump them up to at least size 20-22 
and it'll be much much better.

Thanks for otherwise very polished and aesthetically pleasing theme.
