[mythtv] Commercial skip limit

I'm using a CVS checkout from about halfway between 0.8 and today. I
can't recall if I had commercial flagging turned on when I recorded the
episodes that I encountered it will.

I'll update to today's CVS and see if it happens again with newly
recorded programs.

Are you using auto commercial flagging?  It shouldn't be possible
if you're using the auto-flagging, but there may be a code in the
other part of the code that does real-time skipping when watching
a show that hasn't been flagged.  Are you running CVS or 0.8?  Lots
of stuff has changed since 0.8, so even if it happens with auto-flagging
it may have been fixed already.
