I'm not really looking for keystroke sending.  I guess 
echo n >> /tmp/mythmusic.fifo
was a bad example.  I don't want to have to send right,right,space or
whatever to skip tracks.  I was thinking more along the line of commands.
keybindings and the FIFO may be two ways to an end, but one shouldn't depend
on the other.  The FIFO support in XMMS is really exactly what I am talking
about.

Please note that I was suggesting that I would do the patch myself and was
just looking for duplicate work and/or a place to start.  Somehow that
sentence disappeared from what I thought I wrote.
