[mythtv] Channel Order in mythweb

Hello,

In the current CVS version, the order the channels
displayed in mythweb is always based on "channum".
Here is a very small patch to have this order of
channels be consistent with order of the EPG, I.E.
follow the order defined in the settings of mythtv
(chanid, channum+0, callsign).
I hope it can be integrated into CVS.
