I was just discussing this idea with another Myth developer
last night. At some point, it would be good to have many of
the config options, including nearly all MP4 options, available
on advanced screens, so that new users could get up and running
without being overwhelmed with all the options.

Things that would help this is having sane default values,
some of which could be auto-detected in the future to make
things easier (such as automatically setting a default
resolution and other encoding settings based on CPU speed
and some quick encoding tests).

Perhaps a single checkbox for "Advanced Options" could allow
the extra pages of options appear. If such a system existed,
then there could be a quick run-through of the options to pick
which ones need to be on which group of setup pages.
