[mythtv] MythGame, MythVideo and single quotes

Any time you try to open a file with a single quote in it's file name,
both MythVideo and MythGame fail.  At first I thought it was a MythVideo
problem, however, after getting MythGame installed and working, its a
problem with it as well.  So is it a mythlib problem?  Or do they both
just use the same method for opening files.  The problem is that both of
them just give the file to a different program, so its not like they have
to open it or anything.
