[mythtv] Mencoder patch not working?

You are not alone. I have seen this too.
It works with -ovc copy -aoc copy, but anything else seems to fail.
I also have some shows that I'd like to transcode to a somewhat smaller
resolution so they could fit on CD-R's but have run in to this problem.
-ovc copy -aoc copy seems to give *larger* files, so they aren't really
interesting :)
