[mythtv] PATCH: closed caption support

I just noticed when MPEG4 is being used the subtitles wander around,
sort of like they are being drawn to the same buffer that the MPEG
decoder is using. Do you have any ideas on fixing this, or at least
somewhere to startlooking?
