Since 0.8 is going out soon, let's assume half empty ;-) Are
your countrymen going to be able to install successfully? If
not, is there a workaround that can be documented that will
allow people to install without begging for help?

I admit that I don't understand the issue. What I'm suggesting
is that if there is a problem and a procedure to get around it,
Let's get the workaround in the documentation before the release.
