[mythtv] Which IDE gui for MythTV development?

I use vim (text editor with multiple buffer support) or gvim (gui based
vim) to edit and gdb on the rare occasion I need to get a backtrace. I
usually debug with good ol printf or cout.

I love being able to tweak things this way and that. Open Source is
sweet.
