[mythtv] minor bugs in cvs I've noticed.

Hi, I've just updated mythtv cvs(09/03 09:00 UTC) and started a fresh update 
from a working 0.7 to  cvs.  System is an athlon xp1800, x4.3, kernel 2.4.20, 
kde3.1, qt3.1 and 2 happauge wintv cards.

1. Focus problem in system setup.
This happens when you have focus follows mouse.  Option 1 - General is ok but 
2, 3 and 4 have problems with racing between different windows. ie console -> 
gui -> console -> giu etc.  Fix for now is to use, click to focus.  Video 
sources still has a minor problem in that it doesn't pop the console to the 
front and it is waiting on console input for xmltv setup.  Alt tab to the 
console is the work around for that.

2. Segfault in main Gui.
This happen when first running mythfrontend after starting mythbackend.  I 
went to setup -> appearences went through the options and tied to get back to 
options setup.  I got this:

QPainter::setPen: Will be reset by begin()
Segmentation fault
It only happened once.  I guess it has something to do with the database 
having a NULL value when one was expected.

3.  The default channel changes options don't work for me (tv_grab_sn with 6 
channels selected number 1 to 6), as well as anumber of other combinations.  
The one that I find works is Channel Number (Aplha) and CHANID.  I also think 
it a bug or at least an undesirable feature that you need to restart 
mythbackend everytime you change a setup parameter.

That will do for the time being, I will do some more testing a little later 
today.
