[mythtv] non-Xv display support in CVS.

Sure, I'm compiling it now, but won't get a chance to try it till I get
home tonight.  I was running X and the GUI at 800x600 before, I'll change
them to 640x480 and see if that helps too.  BTW, I'm trying to check my
current capture resolution remotely, but can't find it in the database. 
Any clues?
