[mythtv] PATCH: Mythfilldatabase: end times (Updated)

Here is the updated patch to correct the arbitrary end times.  I have 
eliminated the need for temp tables, and still managed to keep the 
comparisons down to a manageable number.  Anyone using the previous patch, 
restore the original filldata.cpp from the cvs and delete the 
fix_end_times.sql file from the /usr/local/share/mythtv directory, then 
apply the new patch.
